Broiled Lobster Tails

Remove tails from package and rinse off

First you have to turn the lobsters upright and cut a straight line down the center of the top. This enables you to pull the two side apart and bring the meat to the top of the shell. Once the meat is pulled up, leave the end of the tail in the shell and rest the meat on the top of the shell. It should look like the above picture.
Mince 10 cloves of garlic and melt half stick of butter and mix together. Poor butter and garlic over tails.
You can add the seasoning to the top of the lobster, once you pour the butter and garlic mix. I used garlic salt and a mixed herb seasoning liberally onto the tails. Do not use anymore than one tablespoon of each seasoning for all of the tails. Seasoning has salt and lobster is a "sea" food. Place the tails in the oven on broiled for no more than 20 minutes. If your tails are large then you must increase your time. However do not overcook them, they will dry out.
Serve with melted butter and enjoy!
