Cooking these on low for several hours in the oven is the key to tender mouth watering ribs
I used 1 tablespoon of each seasoning for each slap on each side.
1 tablespoon- Old Bay
1 tablespoon-Adobe Seasoning
1 tablespoon- Pappy's Seasoning
1 tablespoon- Seasoned Pepper
1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt
Sprinkle evenly is the key to taste for these ribs. You DO NOT want to over season these.
Clean ribs off and place in a glass cooking dish
Cook in oven at 250 for 3 hours covered with foil. Remove foil and increase oven heat to 325 for the last hour. .
Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes
Cut ribs and serve. You can serve without BBQ sauce or with, depending on your serving preference.
